Vanieca
Office Manager
In January 2019, Georgia native Vanieca joined Dr. Spaulding’s team and loves every aspect of dentistry. She has over two decades of combined experience in administrative and clinical work. Vanieca attended Dental Boot Kamp, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and is a member of the Georgia Dental Office Manager’s Association. She loves to find ways to help people smile, which includes building confidence in their oral health.
Outside of the office, Vanieca enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She loves singing as a member of a Christian band and serves as the Praise and Worship leader at her church.

- What’s the most inspiring part of your job? Helping others become more self-confident through their smiles
- What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job? The ability to help others overcome obstacles to obtain the smile they desire and deserve.
- What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish? To open an office that helps others build resumes and prepare for job interviews.
- What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working? Relaxing and spending time with my family. I also love listening to audiobooks.
- What is your personal motto? Treat others as they want to be treated. Do not worry about things you cannot control.
- Who is someone you admire, and why? I admire my grandmother because she been a strong woman who has been faced with many obstacles and didn’t let obstacles keep her from achieving every goal she wanted. She taught me to remain positive and keep going when things get tough.
- If I were a superhero, my superpower would be… Helping others see their life worth and how beautiful they are.
- Cats or dogs? Dogs
- The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is… To be kind to others even when they are not kind to you. Treat people the way they desire to be treated.
- Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up? I wanted to be a vet.
Danielle
Registered Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in Georgia, Danielle received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2013. She’s extremely passionate about dental health and loves keeping up with all the latest products and procedures to provide better care for her patients. Danielle is committed to continuing her dental education to make your dental hygiene treatment as comfortable as possible.
Danielle spends time with her patients to educate and encourage them to maintain good periodontal health. When she’s away from work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She also loves the warm, sunny outdoors and taking her dog out for a ride in her Jeep with the doors and top off.

- What’s the most inspiring part of your job? The most inspiring part of my job is knowing that I’m helping people achieve a happier healthier smile that can impact how they see and feel about themselves.
- What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job? I think the best skills I bring to my job are my listening skills. I want to make sure all my patients feel heard and understood. Hearing and understanding what my patient is saying is my foundation for providing quality care.
- What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish? I want to make sure that I always continue learning and growing as a person throughout life.
- What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working? I’m happiest when I’m around my family and friends when I can eat great food… and when I can spend time with my 16-year-old fur baby.
- What is your personal motto? Treat others the way you would want to be treated.
- Who is someone you admire, and why? I believe it okay after a certain age, to say you admire yourself sometimes. It takes courage to be yourself and its important to look back on all your accomplishments as well as failures and be proud of everything we have done because it makes us who we are.
- If I were a superhero, my superpower would be… Having the ability to be in multiple places at once. With the demands of everyday life, having this superpower would help me get so much more done.

- The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is.. Be kind to others… You have no clue what battles they are fighting.
- Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up? I just wanted to be an adult. …and it’s so overrated!!
Kevin
Clinical Dental Assistant
In 2015, Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Science at Emory University with a major in biology and a minor in religion. He has a wide range of medical knowledge, including working as a cancer research lab technician and medical assistant. Kevin has worked closely with Dr. Spaulding since 2015. The two have developed what some patients call an almost telepathic connection, and together, they offer patients a harmonious and relaxing experience.
Kevin’s goal is to make sure that everyone who comes in feels comfortable and at ease, leaving with a smile. Outside of the office, Kevin is a professional dancer, choreographer, and aspiring actor. He has appeared in several movies and national television commercials.
Gabee
Dental Assistant
In April 2020, Gabee graduated from Atlanta Dental Assistant School. After traveling abroad to Eswatini, formerly known as Swaziland, and working with her family dentist, Gabee found a real passion for restorative dentistry. Providing care to those who are in need of it most, allowed Gabee to use her background in education to teach native Swazis about oral health and hygiene. Gabee graduated with a TEFL certificate from TEFL Academy in 2019 and an ECCE certificate for Early Childhood Care and Education from Chattahoochee tech in 2014. She taught English as a second language in China and south eastern Turkey and is still using those skills today to educate the patients that are part of Dr. Spaulding’s practice. Furthermore, Gabee graduated from Kennesaw State University with her Bachelor’s of Arts in Dance with a concentration in Jazz technique and worked as a professional dancer and teacher for many years.
Gabee’s favorite restorative treatment is Root Canal Therapy. After working with multiple endodontists in the Atlanta area, she has grown to love assisting with the treatment as well as teaching patients that Root Canal Therapy is a way to save the teeth as opposed to extracting them.

- What’s the most inspiring part of your job? Patient gratification and appreciation for the work I do for them inspires me to work that much harder every day I come to work.
- What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
- “The gift of Gab” being able to connect with patients on a personal level comes naturally to me, and I find it important for them to feel comfortable while I am working with them in treatment.
- What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish? Once a year, I would travel internationally to serve on a dental mission—to provide dental care and knowledge to those who may not have access.
- What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working? I work at a prom/bridal shop when I am not working in Dentistry. I am happiest when I am productive and at work (in both places).
- What is your personal motto? “Don’t let your past dictate who you are but let it be part of who you will become” -My Fat Greek Wedding
- Who is someone you admire, and why? My parents. They are brilliant examples of the type of people I aspire to be like-resilient, smart, funny, educated, wise, and ambitious in all they do.
- If I were a superhero, my superpower would be… Lightning Speed

- The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is… Live life to the fullest with no regrets.

Dental Hygienist
Savannah graduated from Clayton State University with her Bachelor’s In Dental Hygiene. With her three years of experience, she has developed a passion for patient satisfaction and education. She strives to make each patient’s dental visit a positive experience. Her goal is to help each patient work toward maintaining an oral hygiene routine so they can experience the full functionality and longevity of their smile. In her spare time, she enjoys time spent with her family, friends, and her Goldendoodle puppies.

- What’s the most inspiring part of your job? The most inspiring part of my job is being of service to the community! Helping others receive the best patient care experience.
- What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job? My bubbly, personal, upbeat personality!
- What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish? Become a New York Times selling Author or Actor. Write a one-hit Pop, R&B, or Gospel record.
- What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working? Sleeping, Eating, writing, and shopping
- What is your personal motto? It is what it is.
- Who is someone you admire, and why? Myself. I have overcome so many obstacles, from being homeless, to being a single Mom, completing Dental Assisting school. Everyday I’m faced with challenges and push through.
- If I were a superhero, my superpower would be to… slow down. Being able to move slowly would give me the power to enjoy the moment now and not rush.

- What’s the most inspiring part of your job? The most inspiring part of my job comes from providing excellent service to every customer with whom I come in contact and provide a positive experience.
- What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job? The best skills that I bring to my job are a positive attitude, teamwork, a willingness to learn, being calm when things go wrong, and being able to work under pressure.
- What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish? The goal I want to accomplish would be to finish school and become a trauma nurse.
- What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working? What makes me happy when I am not at work is the gym, hiking, playing basketball, and spending time with my nephew.

- Who is someone you admire, and why? My Father is someone that I admire. His ambition, work ethic, intelligence, kindness and support. I can always count on him for anything.
